By accessing or using WebAudit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

WebAudit provides a cloud-based SEO auditing platform that analyzes websites for technical SEO issues, content optimization opportunities, and AI/LLM visibility (GEO analysis). The Service includes web crawling, issue detection, reporting, and API access based on your subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to audit websites you don't own or have permission to audit
  • Attempt to bypass any rate limits or usage restrictions
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

  • Provide valid payment information
  • Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
  • Accept that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After this period, refunds are provided at our discretion. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds within the first 30 days.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by WebAudit and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebAudit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that SEO recommendations will improve your search rankings or that the Service will be error-free.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
